Adobe Sign - Can't cancel a Reminder

I have multiple documents out for signing.

On each i can see i have a 'Reminder' set

If i review the Reminder i can see the 'Garbage Bin' icon to delete the reminder.

If i click on this to delete the Reminder i get a red banner that states:

"only status can be updated when cancelling a reminder"

The reminder does not get deleted.

These are documents that i have created.

Any idea what the message means? And how can i delete the reminder?

Could you please confirm if the issue occurs with canceling reminders for a particular document?

Please share the screenshot of the error message. What happens after you close the message? 

Check if you can cancel the reminder from other documents or get the same message.

Hello,

I haven't seen a solution posted for this and am having the same problem with canceling a reminder. Eight other reminders using the same template were canceled without problem. Does anyone know why this one can't?

Could you please share more information on what is happening here? Are you not able to cancel the reminder on this particular document? Did you close the reminder after the period it was set for?

Please try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and using an alternate browser. See if that changes anything.
