Adobe Sign - Can't cancel a Reminder
I have multiple documents out for signing.
On each i can see i have a 'Reminder' set
If i review the Reminder i can see the 'Garbage Bin' icon to delete the reminder.
If i click on this to delete the Reminder i get a red banner that states:
"only status can be updated when cancelling a reminder"
The reminder does not get deleted.
These are documents that i have created.
Any idea what the message means? And how can i delete the reminder?
