I'm trying to use Adobe Sign (android app) to capture customer signatures on individual Google Doc documents. When I select Google drive, I am able to see the Google Doc but am not able to select it for signing. Is there a way to make this happen? Thanks in advance.
Make sure Adobe Sign app. is updated to the latest version.
Reboot the Android device & then try to replicate the issue.
If the issue persist, please download the document from Google drive on your device & then try uploading it in Adobe Sign app to test if the issue is with document.
