Can I use the 'name' feature In Request e-signatures, to help me manage all recipiants?

Could you please let us know if you are referring to adding only the name, not the email address?

Are you using the service for the first time? Have you added those email addresses to the address book?

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of how you are trying to add the recipients.
