File name for Individually Downloaded Files not populating

We send out a packet of 4-5 documents regularly. Up until the other day we were able to download each document individually and it would automatically populate the file name. Now, the file name shows up as 2022-01- and random numbers and letters. Now we are having to download the documents and renaming each document. How do we fix this???

Hopefully there is a solution for this. I am having the same issue and it's frustrating.
