Add Excel attachment to adobe digital sign or Forms by user, and should flow as un editable pdf for signoff such that excel should be there as a additional reff based on which the PDF has to be signed off--this is needed when the attachment is lengthy and cannot be accomodated in a single PDF sheet used for signoff.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Hi Vineeth Mottana,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you wish to attach the Excel file as an attachment that cannot be edited, there is an option in Acrobat Sign to create a "File Attachment" field in the form. You or the signer may upload the file in that field while filling up the form.

The option is available under the More Fileds on the Preview and Add Signature fields page in Acrobat Sign. Check the screenshot below for reference:

For more information about the Acrobat sign and form fields availability, please refer to the following help documents:

Acrobat Sign: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/faq.html

Sending a document for signature: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/how-to/sending-with-adobe-sign.html.

Form fields types in Acrobat Sign: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/field-types.html.

Hope the information helps.

Let us know if you have any questions or need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
