My client signed but I am not able to sign because its waiting to signature from the second email

I am unable to sign the document because the client only signed with his first email.

Hello Cheryl,

If the current signer has not signed the document, it would remain at that stage until they esign it. As a workaround, if the current signer's signature is not required, you can bypass that using "Upload a signed copy" feature:
