Adobe keep telling me I now need to upgrade my plan, but I don't really think they've got the issue right here.
What levels are you guys on?

I just had a call with adobe offshore technical support. The tech guy is also puzzled why i am able to create a "adobe acrobat sign" connector in power automate when my user account is assigned with "adobe pro" license
He says that it shouldn't have work in the first place and i should be having "adobe acrobat sign for enterprise" for any integration.
its really frustrating now that i have to work with account manager to purcahse something extra

I have the adobe acrobat pro licenses (individual). I kept getting the same repsonse of 'an enterprise licenses is needed for powerautomate integration'. I think there might be confusion from their end though. They're probably thinking of it like a full fledge integration like what it might look like to get esignatures through a CRM using the adobe sign tool. But this isn't so much an integration problem in my opinion, its more of a connector issue. We're not using adobe sign by way of operating through a non-adobe sign console. We're operating through the adobe sign console but just using power automate to go in and do the work rather than us directly. Its like an inverse integration.

Exactly. My last call with Adobe tech support says that it worked for me because the user account that created the connector is "probably" assigned with a temporary Adobe developer license or something that granted the ability.
I told him I did not receive any email about this temp license and even if that's true, its just ridiculous to revoke the ability all of sudden without any notification.
And I told him i have created this forum entry and many ppl are facing same issue with power automate flow running for more than a year.
I really don't buy the whole adobe sign enterprise is needed explanation.

Me too. All was working for nearly 2 years, now when I log in, it just logs into the website but doesn't authenticate.

Adobe tech support says that mine is because of license type issue and i should be having adobe sign for enterprise instead of adobe pro.
He is puzzled why it was working for me all these time

Yeah. I told the tech support the same thing but he have no say as to what is going on.
We need someone from Adobe to reply us here and confirmed that this is really a license issue and they screwed up.
if i have to buy something extra now then i have to at least be able to explain that this is Adobe problem.

Hi Meenakshi,
Would you be able to check this issue for us? It is really frustrating that something that is working fine suddenly stopped working.
Thank you.

I'm having the exact same issue starting yesterday. I contacted my Adobe sales and he's also have no idea at all. He's asking his tech co-workers and hopefully I'll get the answer asap.

I just tried, it works now.
But i am really confused. I thought Adobe says Sign Enterprise is needed...what is the conclusion now?

Just had a chat with a support agent. The issue is partially fixed, but not completely fixed. You will be able to login, create agreements, but you won't be able to create a webhook (used as a trigger in powerapps). They have said its still ongoing.

Thanks. At least for my power automate flow, everything is fine. But im still having my doubts over the so call "fixed"
Really don't know what's going on, i almost placed order for Adobe Sign Enterprise before i saw this update saying it is working again. And now i fear that they u-turn back saying we need Adobe Sign Enterprise....

I have the same issue. Does not work since yesterday.
I contacted the support this morning and they told me they are working on a solution.
So this is a technical issue on their side and I have a ticket number.
They told me the issue should be solved for these 24/48 hours.
