I created a document requiring three signatures, two of the signers executed the document with the draw or type options and their signatures were automatically date stamped. The third signer used the image option to sign but this method did not add the date/time stamp. Is there any way to correct this?
Hi Miranda
This is correct when an image is uploaded as a signature it will not include the name and date but only the image uploaded if you want a date and time stamp you will need to include those as separate fields else change the signature type. Remember the audit trail will have a record of the date and time it was signed.

How do I change the Signature Type?
Running Audit Trail report separately did not really help as a proof of signature, because they are two separate documents. Bank did not accept this for us as a proof.

Use the 100% E-Sign compliant. You would need to have it checked in the account settings under signature preferences. This gives you the signature, name and time it was signed.

Where are those signature preferences located specifically? Is it available within Adobe Acrobat Standard?

Really annoying as the certificate tool in acrobat reader creates a much more better representation of the signature
Adobe please change this!
