Does anyone know how I switch back to classic experience? This new experience is just awful and far too time consuming?! I use this programme every day to send bulk documents with multiple signatures and it's taking me an hour to do something that would usually take 10 minutes!!

When you use Acrobat Sign, you can switch to the classic version on the Send/ Home page at the top right.
Also, please make sure that the following option is enabled in the Admin account. If you are not the admin, please get in touch with the admin to make the changes.

Go into View then scroll down to Disable new Acrobat, I already mine but it seems they did something to the e-signature portion and it does not have an option to turn off the advance feature for signature and I agree with you. It is taking forever to do something that would normally take a few mintues.

I agree, and I wish we had that option to diable the new acrobat untilt they worked out the kinks. I wish I could go back but I'm under a corporate plan and cannot get in contact with the administrator, SO if there is a way for a single person to go back that would be greatly appreciated.

It should say disable, but is says enable because I already disabled mine.

OMG it's so awful! It now wants me to address every link in the PDF...... somebody obvioulsy didn't real world test the new version!!!

Worst update to date. I'm finding an alternative to Sign. I've been a user for years and it seems the engineers sit around trying to figure out how to make the software more difficult to use.

We see that you are using the Acrobat Sign individual plan. You may try the following steps to revert to the classic version:

- Click on your profile icon.
- Select settings and scroll down till E-Signing settings.

@Meenakshi Negi Im having the same issue. When I go to Profile>Settings> .... then there is no option for esign.
Any other way to revert back to the full classic version?

I am also using the cloud based version through my employer if that makes a difference.
