Team request e-signature

Hi all,
New to Adobe Request E-signature.
Version - Adobe Acrobat Standard Version 2023.006.20320 | 64-bit

If I create a document that I want signed:
Can I specify a different return address?

Can documents be set up by a VA on behalf of an MD?
I assume the VA sends the PDF if they are creating the document and signed into Adobe Acrobat.
Is there a dashboard that can be viewed, so that anybody from a team can view the status of a document and or download a copy of the signed PDF?
I am wondering how firms send these documents for e-signatures when there is more than a few?

Thanks
A

Hi Andrew32202084xr74,

Thank you for reaching out.

As you are using the Acrobat Standard, it includes the Acrobat Sign individual plan. If you wish that the final signed copy also be received by another person, you may add them in the CC field under the recipients field. Check the screenshot for reference.

Alternatively, you may add the email addresses to whom you wish the final copy should be sent. Please refer to the information on the following featured post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-sign-discussions/send-the-signed-document-automatically...

Please let us know what you mean here by VA and MD. Also, share the complete workflow you are looking for.

The dashboard that anybody can check on the team will require a plan update. Only the account holder can check the document status in the Acrobat Sign individual plan.

If you mean that one document is sent to multiple people, you can bulk-send the document. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/mega-sign.html

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi

Thanks for the above.

The workflow I am looking for is:,
A VA (virtual assistant or in-house secretary) sets up documents for signing.
The secreatary sends out the documents to a recipient. As I understand it, the secretary would be the account holder.
Then a manager (who has not set up the documents) see the status of a document and the completed document and download and file.

For a team dashboard, which plan am I looking for?
Bulk
- I mean, secreataries can send out lots of documents for signing. Often 1 document, 1 signature.
Yet, they might send out 20+ documents for signing in one day. Some for 1 manager, some for another.

Thanks
