A recent update went through that has removed the "cc" option when sending out an e-signature to a recipient. Now my only options are to go to the 'old' Adobe Acrobat to accomplish this, as far as I know.
Am I mistaken? Is there a way to add carbon copy recipients for these e-signatures but I merely missed where the option is?
Also, slightly unrelated, but I'd like to know if there's a way to move the toolbar from the right side to the left side. This is another thing recent updates seemed to have changed arbitrarily.
Hi All,
Thank you for reaching out.
In the new version, the option is available at the bottom where you add the recipients. The "+" icon is available at the bottom, which gives you the option to add new recipients and CC when you click. Check the screenshot below:
Hope the information helps.

...Hi julia_2008,
Thank you for reaching out.
When you add a CC when sending the documents, please ensure you add it correctly. Please use the steps as suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/435Tmh5.
The users added as CC will receive an initial email and the final Signed and Filed email notifications.
Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,

Having the same issue. Also the option to password protect has been removed.

I believe you are able to add the cc at the end of the process, along with the message, before sending for signature, whereas the previous version had you add the cc when adding the signatories when beginning the process.

It looks like the people who are cc'd at the end only receive a copy of the fully signed document. I also can't see the option of adding people via the "+" icon @Meenakshi Negi

I don't know why Adobe keep changing the layout and what you can do. It wasn't broken in the first place so why fix it!

Completely agreed. It is not working properly at all for me and I am considering DocuSign or other.

I am new to Adobe Acrobat e-sign and keep trying to cc people who want to receive a copy of the fully signed document but the cc'ed people disappear during the process and don't receive any copies. This is super frustrating and makes me miss DocuSign. I can see the field where you add the cc-ed people, and I add their email addresses, but it's a total waste of time because I wind up having to forward their copies to them manually.
This is frustrating! What is the story with this, Adobe? Does anyone else know the if there's a secret method required in order to cc people on signed documents?

Hi Julia,
You can enable the setting to allow CC'd people to receive every update and email for every event. You must create a support ticket or connect with support to enable the "Intermittent emails to the CC" setting.

Thanks for responding. I don't want cc'd people to be notified of every event, I just want them to receive the fully executed document at the end. Right now the cc'd people receive nothing.
