View left Agreement / Transactions Quota

Hello everyone,

from this I understand that Adobe Sign service has limited transactions:

I have a "Adobe DC Standard" licence, which should include 150 signatures / year.

Now I have signed many agreements and I want to know how many signatures (agreements) are left.
Adobe Service couldn't help me.
How can I find this information?
I couldn't find it in my profile information.

Hello,

Adobe says "there is no hard-capping" with transaction limits, so that makes my question a little(!) less urgent.

As a preliminary work-around:
You can go to: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/manage/signatures/
And then the last item on the left ribbon shows you, which documents have been signed.

This might give you a first idea, how many might be left. (see screenshot below)

Still, I'm looking for something like "You have used 23/150 transactions"

Because:

1. I don't want to count documents by hand.
2. There is no way to tell which documents actually count towards which calculation period:
   Is the quota renewed at the beginning of the year or after one year of subscription? etc.
3. An extension for more quota (more transactions) is quite an effort, as has been mentioned somewhere else.
   So I want to see ahead of time if I should be running towards the limit of transactions.

Hi Buhler_si,

The limit is on the transaction you do in a year from Adobe Sign account. There is no limit on signing the documents.

If you are asking about how to check the number of document sent for signature form your account, there is no option to check that in Adobe Sign account. You will need to check it manually.

The information can available at the backend for which you will need to contact the support team.
