Hi

@heber33376450jww2

,

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Did you try reloading the browser? Also, it could be that an asset you had added failed to upload or is still uploading. There should be a red warning sign or orange icon on that asset on the page. In that case, you can try to re-add that asset (delete and re-add, or replace with the same source) and then try again downloading the project.

Let us know if that helps. If not, can you share the project URL with edit access to investigate further?

Regards,

Tarun

I'm having the exact same problem. It seems like this is an issue that adobe just refuse to resolve. Its a shame as the software seems quite reasonable for the price, however it just doesn't seem to work at all.

I couldn't find a solution so I deleted every scene individually and tried to download the file, until find the scene with the problem and upload again the file

Yup, getting this same issue.

I cleared the page cash and copied the URL into a new window, but none worked.

@ Adobe, this is somewhat unacceptable.  I have deadlines to meet... The warning message does not give feedback as to what the problem is, (*Why can Adobe Express just say, This file is an issue??), I have used Canva for 4 years, and never had issues like this; I am trying Adobe Express, and 1 week in, problems when I have a deadline.

I understand that apps have problems, but providing feedback in the app on what's causing issues is so frustrating and makes me want to stop using Adobe Express. 😕😕

@SpectraVentures,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry for your frustration with this. The next time it occurs, could you share your product URL with us? We're still working to understand the underlying cause.

Thanks,
Dave

I'm in the same place; completely stuck.  i have a file with a lot of short clips and now i'm trying to figure out which is which in order to replace.  Ridiculous honestly.  Very frustrating

Anything sensible to really help and make this quick?

@Caswell368599719c46

I took a look at your logs and looks like one of the assets may not have fully uploaded, which is causing this issue.

The originial file name of this asset looks something like V***_KI****_V2.mp4. Does that help identify it?

In that case, please try re-uploading it (you can replace the existing instance on the design from the same asset on you device).

Hope this helps
