I have multiple links from my assignments, I tried to open them but couldn't, got 404'd. I couldn't find it in my files either. Pls send help.

Thanks for sharing the link. A 404 error usually means the file was deleted or isn’t available under the current account.

Please double-check:

• You’re signed in with the same account used to create the file.

• The project isn’t in your Deleted folder.

• You haven’t switched between personal/school accounts.

If you're sure you didn’t delete it and had access recently, we’ve flagged this for investigation. Let us know when you last opened it — we’ll follow up!

Yes I did use the same account to login ( The student accoount) since I only have one account.

Yes, I've checked my deleted folder, unfortunately it's not there as well.

And I also don't have a personal Adobe account,so I pretty sure I didn't switch between them.

Hi @winnie_1583, can you please confirm whether the webpage project was shared? Were you the owner or a contributor to the webpage? Is this the original file, or did it have any duplicates, too? 

Also, please go to https://adobe.ly/3JcLIeH, and check if the file is still there. 

Note - Once a file is permanently deleted from the above link, it cannot be recovered.

Hi @Amitej S, I am the owner of those web page which is missing, and I have only shared with my tutors on Canvas. I've also checked multiple times in the delete page but it wasn't there too unfortunatly.
