Adobe Express on iPad is 26 Duotone Settings broke.

I can't pick the second color in the custome Duotone. There's no swatches to pick.  The first one picks automatically. But the second one can't be picked. The swatches on the image is gone.

You can not select two colors for custom duotone on any device, I'm so sick of this horrible application, they can't manage to keep anything working for more than a week it's insufferable. It feels like every other day there has to be some new absolutely worthless update that nobody wants and it does nothing beneficial, like constantly moving around the UI options and changing their designs for no reason at all. It's annoying, If anyone knows of a similar alternative to Express that actually works and isn't complete utter garbage please let me know. I need to use this app for multiple things like youtube thumbnails, school projects, and just personal things in general.

Hi everyone,

i wanted to report that the custom duotone effect is not working on both IOS and Desktop. It only gives you the option to select one color instead of two within the app.

Any solution of this?

Using Express sometimes reminds me of the scene in Vegas Vacation when the guy says to Clark "Why don't you give me half the money you were gonna bet now, I'll take you out back, kick you in the nuts and we can call it a day". Hopefully it's fixed soon. It's one of the features I use quite frequently.

I use Adobe Express for making graphics at work, and the tool I probably use the most is duotone, it seems that overnight the option to select colourd for Highlight and Shadow have disappeared? The button can still be used and one colour can be selected, but it keeps the same bright mint green along with whatever Shadow colour I select.

When looking at past issues with this, it seems it was fixed with an update? As thsi is a web browser I dont think tahts sosmething I can fix myself, but if anybody has any insight on this please do let me know as I love using Express for small projects, and the duotone feature is usually really great.

I did think it might be due to me using themes? But theres no way to remove them entirely, and also in use previously and they havent affected duotone or any other features.

I have tried logging out, refreshing browser, shutting down my mac, restarting; but it seems the option to select highlights and shadows independently has completely disappeared.

Same problem here, I tested in different Browsers. Upon searching google for this issue, it seems to be a reoccuring bug since End 2023 / Beginning 2024?!
Why can't this be fixed and STAY FIXED. It worked just fine for me until recently... 😞

Same here. Duotone customize fields for Shadows and Lights are missing and changing color only changes the Dark color.
I tested on Windows 11 in Chrome (latest build) and Edge

UPDATE since my last post: I managed to get DuoTone back working after clearing all browser data (cookies, history, data and cache), and restarting browser. I am not sure if this really is 100% of the fix as for me, the error was also present in a browser I never used before (i had tested multiple browsers when it wouldnt work)... but maybe there still is a connection and this information helps others get the function back. realize I may not have explained it clearly. There used to be dual-tone options that allowed you to adjust the shadows and highlights on an element from your library. That options panel is no longer appearing for me, so I’m unable to customize the shadow and highlight colors on the element.

Unfortunately, I'm using the iPad App, I don't use the web version. Maybe it's fixed by now ...
