Adobe Express files shared with me through another user don't appear in my own folder

Whether we duplicate it, rename it or adjust permission settings, nothing changes. My partner and I cannot share files properly. I can see a shared file in the "recent" bar below, but I cannot move them or ever see them in my own files even after duplication. That makes file sharing almost useless when it comes to iterations on that file. When I click the file on the "recent" bar below and try to "see location", it takes me back to my own files- where nothing appears.
