Adobe express not working

Hello,

I have a Pro Plan, which includes Adobe Express as Web App, but it stopped working. 

It doesn't work/open as Windows App installed from Microsoft Store, yes it is updated.
It doesn't work/open in Chrome.

It doesn't work/open in Edge.
It doesn't work/open if I open Creative Cloud and ask to launch the application.

My account is logged in both browsers and in the creative cloud as well. Only Express doesn't work.

 

Please, this is blocking my work.

Hello Mineiran.

 

Couple of questions to help understand what is going on:

  1. Are you on a 64-bit operating system?
  2. Sometimes H/W acceleration configurations prevent express for running. Can you review them by following information on this page: 

https://helpx.adobe.com/express/system-requirements.html

 

Let us know if you are not succesful.

Hello,
I did not change the H/W acceleration in my machine, and yes it is 64bit system, Win11
