I have created several animations with Adobe Express. Some of them can be downloaded as Mp4 files without any problems and some of them only show a black image. I have already tried it on different computers (Mac and Windows) and browsers. The adobe support couldn't help me. Can you help me?

,

Can you share those project URLs with us which are showing black videos to investigate the issue?

Had the same problem with videos from my drone.   Turns out the problem was that the video metadata was either missing, or corrupt.  I bought a program for $39 to fix it, no issues since then- worth every penny.  I can tell you want I bought if you want.

Hi everyone

Thanks for reporting the issue. As Tarun mentioned, if you could share an example (please set it to be viewable by anyone), we can share it with our developers.

Thanks,
Dave

Thanks for sharing the @alisonb72950781

I am able to open the project but not download it. Is it possible to create a duplicate of the original with edit rights and provide the URL?

Hello David/thread. I am having the same issue and this is hopefully all of the files you need to further investigate. This is a mockup of the issue and not the actual file/logo being worked on but it should prove that the issue is replicatable and work as something to test with.

Happy to upload more files if needed or schedule a zoom meeting if it gets this fixed sooner.

Hi @defaultslmai70qjmr9

Thank you for sharing the video of the workflow and the output file. I'm not sure if others are using the same workflow as you, but it looked like it would be expected behavior in your case. It looked like you created a video of a black logo on a transparent background and then downloaded it as mp4. Mp4, as a file format, unfortunately, doesn't support transparency (will turn black on download). If you want to export a video with transparency, you'll likely need to use a more advanced video editing application like Premiere Pro or After Effects and then save it in a file format and codec that supports saving an alpha channel. Adobe Express does support transparency for images in PNG format but not video currently that I'm aware.

Best,
Dave
