To whom may concern, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address an issue I've encountered regarding syncing my current projects from Adobe Express to my iPad. While I can access my projects seamlessly on both my phone and laptop, I seem to encounter difficulties with my iPad. Since I've updated to the new update I've been having issues. I've attempted various troubleshooting steps, yet the problem persists. As my workflow heavily relies on the synchronization across devices, resolving this matter promptly is essential for the continuity of my projects. Could you please assist me in diagnosing and rectifying this syncing issue on my iPad? Any guidance or support you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Hello, following this as I have a simillar situation. On my computer I have all my projects, and on the Ipad only local projects I did long a go. It doesn't seem to sync with my files on my computer, even thoough it says sync trough wifi.

I'm in the same boat. 

Desktop PC Adobe express works great. 

iPhone X Adobe express is synced. 

iPad Adobe express - not synced.

 

What's up with that?

Hi @orlyi32410784 ,

 

You cannot see the file sync on your iPad as it is still in the old version. The new version of the iPad for Afobe Express is coming soon, and you will see the sync of files working on desktops, mobile phones, and iPads.

When will this happen?!?! My workflow between iPad & iPhone adobe express has been DESTROYED! I am now being FORCED to work on any pay content on my tiny iPhone screen. This is crazy Adobe!!

it's july 2024 and i have the same problem. Working with adobe express on an ipad doesn't make sense because the work is not synchronized to desktop or iphone. Since months all you can find on support pages is that you have to wait - there will be a new version...

It's not just you. I chatted with support yesterday and they said "not to worry, they're working on it." Still left hoping it happens by the end of the year.

Hello, it´s mid-october 24 and Adobe Express is still not usable on iPad because of the syncingproblem. If you can't solve the problem, then please allow to use the browser on iPad. I would be happy to have access to Express by using the browser.

Hi everyone,

 The iPad version of Adobe Express does not sync with the updated version for the desktop nor the mobile version. The updated version for iPads/tablets is currently being developed and tested. Until it is released, the only syncing of projects is between a desktop and mobile phone. 

 However, the good news is that iPads/tablets will be getting the new updated version.

@chaimaa.7 if the syncing issue can't be resolved promptly, can Adobe allow browser access to Adobe Express for ipad users? Many of us have followed this issue for months with no solution besides "wait on the new update" and this directly affects our daily workflow.
