Hello I am new to Adobe Express, I have created a simple animation for a social post. Every time I try to download it it gives me this error. "An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again." I have tried clearing my cash, restarting, tried it in a different browser, I even tried deleting all the layers out of it just to troubleshoot it... it still gave me the same error. Is there anything else I should try?

Hi @helpful_Laughter9919. Since you've already tried several troubleshooting steps, here are a few more things to try that might resolve the download issue:

-Ensure that the animation is being exported in a format compatible with your download settings (e.g., MP4 or GIF).

-Some browser extensions (like ad blockers) can interfere with downloading files. Try disabling them temporarily or use Incognito Mode to download your file.

-Create a very simple animation (such as a single text animation or image with a basic movement) and try downloading that. This can help identify if the issue is specific to your current animation’s complexity.

-Log out of Adobe Express and then log back in. This can sometimes help clear up session-related issues.

Let me know if any of these steps help!

Thanks ^CA
