Unable to import images or projects not loading iOS 18.4 beta

Using the mobile app - it seems none of my projects are opening and am just greeted with the document loading symbol, this goes for even new projects being created, it'll show them, but won't actually open them for editing.

 

Anyone else experiencing the same problem currently?

I have also experienced the Adobe Express issue on my iphone with media not uploading. just a blank canvass appears. I have Beta IOS 18.4 installed. when i use my MacPro with Adobe Express it works fine and then immediatly loads it on the mobile version so i can at least then use the iphone version to make changes etc. I contacted Apple support and they suggested i re install the public version of IOS 18 and then try. I asked them to check public forums etc so they can see other users are facing

Hey @juan_8286, Welcome to the Adobe Express Community!!

 

It is due to a bug in the beta OS. Since you are running iOS 18.4 beta, the only workaround is to uninstall the beta version of iOS by reverting to a backup made prior to installing the Apple iOS beta. Apple is aware of the bug and is working on a fix.  iOS's beta release can cause similar problems. It can be worked around by reverting to the actual released version of iOS (Settings/General/Software Update/Beta Updates/turn it off.

I'm uploading photos as of 2/28 and all I'm getting is a blank screen. Even for personal photos. Is there a bug or issue with the system? I was not having this issue as of 2/27 and am a premium member. Thank you

I have trouble picking specific elements within a design/template without accidentally picking overlapping elements along with it.. oftentimes, I want to move just a couple of elements around, but the design is so heavily layered with overlapping elements that it becomes difficult to choose only the elements I want to move. All the overlapping elements seem to become jealous and insist on moving along with the chosen ones. I am aware that I can manipulate layers in the drop down and bring elements to the surface so-to-speak, but it becomes a lot of unneccesary work just to move a couple of elements around within a design or template. I wish there was some way to choose elements inside the drop down layering menu on the right side of the design window and move them around there or something to that effect. I try zooming in and only choosing the elements I want to move, but almost always, overlapping elements get automatically chosen too. IDK if it's a bug or just my inability to click on specific elements properly.

I am struggling on my iphone today. I migrated 24 hours ago and saw my files, edited 2 files. However today I cannot open any file or template. I see them but when I try to open, edit and/or customize it just appears to be loading for 5 -10 mins and nothing happens.  

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, restarted the app several times.

I can however edit and open all my files on desktop web browser. 

I checked for settings but saw nothing 

Please assist if anyone has any idea how to resolve this

I used Adobe Express to post fast and effectively for my business but it not loading templates I've used 100 of times before, even i open a new file and start fresh it's not loading? I've tried closing snd starting again, and deleting and reinstalling but nothing..

Adobe express is not allowing me to create a new project and also it is not allowing me to open any of my previous projects either. The same problem is on my iPhone 15 pro max and iPad mini A17pro all software is updated. Both have been restored and restated yet the problem still continues. Not sure if this problem across the UK?

Just a bunch of loading stuff and then white screen. It will resolve itself for a little while and then go right back to doing it (or nothing) again
