Animate from Audio - Download with problems

Hello everyone.

I'm having trouble when downloading the videos in mp4 from Adobe Express Animate from Audio.

The animation looks good until you download it. The file is not synchronised with the audio and it also present many inconsistencies on the movements, like freezing sometimes. It has been happening for about 2-3 weeks already. Did someone also noticed it?

Yes, I've noticed - in past five days:  stuttering videos, challenging downloads.
