Templates are not loading.

For over an hour, I have been attempting to create a DJ flyer, but the templates are not showing up for browsing or use. Due to time constraints, I had to switch to an alternative product. As a premium subscriber, I expect better service. This experience has been disappointing, as I usually enjoy using this product to create great designs. I cleared my cache and history in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, but the issue persisted. It seems there is a problem on the Adobe Express side, and the service is not functioning properly. I look forward to receiving an update on what happened on the backend. I am using a Windows 11 Dell laptop.

I am still experiencing the issue of not having any templates or elements show up. Empty gray boxes (or nothing) appear when searching

Llevo ma´s de 4 horas intentando trabajar. Si pago Adobe es para que todo sea más sencillo y toda la tarde perdida. Eso sí, cobrar, cobrarán puntalmente. Es vergonzoso que el servicio lleve mal tantas horas seguidas. Planteándome cambiar,

Totally understand how frustrating that must’ve been. There was a temporary issue with the Adobe Express web app that affected access to templates and assets for some users. The team responded quickly, and the issue has now been resolved.

I use the free version of Express to create social media content for my businesses and the amount of times I've cursed it's existence is immeasurable. Frequently frozen and glitchy, I couldn't imagine actually paying for this infuriating app. Right now, it refuses to load the various post sizes so I can't even begin my latest content creation. End rant.

Same with me. I am a premium member and I'm trying to create a document, and none of the templates are working. Is this no longer a supported product? And if so, why am I paying a subscription?

Opened the Adobe Express online version to create a presentation. None of the templates are loading.

Tried both Chrome and Safarin with no success.

 

Also tried the recently installed desktop version and the issue persists.
