Hello, I can't download my presentation. It initially had an error saying that I must delete or replace the items which I did. I attempted to download again and it just said failed with no reason. There are about over 50 slides, alhough I don't know if that is a problem. I am attempting to download it as a PDF. I also attempted to share it to my google drive to access it that way but that one also failed. I tried a different browser as well.

Just to confirm, did you do the following:
- Click the downlaod icon in the top right
- Choose Page selection - All pages and File format - PDF Standard/PDF Print
- Click the blue download button.

Assuming you did the above, do you just get nothing happening - no popup window?

As a test try create a new presentation with say one item in it and then try download to see if that works. If it does, it may be something in your specific presentation that is causing the problem.

Finding th exact cause to problems is often trial and error - eliminating possible causes.

Hello, yes I did those steps. The pop up window to download did come up and when it would get to 90% it would get really slow and then ultimately say download failed. Downloading the slides individually works, so maybe it is the volume of slides. But I also tried downloading 10, 15, 20, 30 slides at a time and they all failed.

Hi @Sara2884009157t2.

If you haven’t done so already, clear your browser’s cache and cookies. This can sometimes resolve issues with downloads, especially if temporary files are causing conflicts.

Instead of trying to download the file as a PDF, you can try exporting the presentation in a different format, such as JPEG or PNG slides, then use an external tool to combine them into a PDF later. This may allow you to bypass any restrictions or errors with the PDF export function.

If your slides contain many images, consider compressing them. Large images can increase the file size and cause download failures.

If any of these solutions help or you need further guidance, feel free to let me know!

Thanks ^CA

@chaimaa.7 Thank you, I will try clearing the cookies and caches. I ended up doing as you suggested and compiling them on a different platform, but downloading them as pngs worked.

@Sara2884009157t2 - It sounds like either the issue is that the presentation is too large to download in one or there is something in one or more slides.
Did you test with trying to export to PDF with different numbers? I' would try exporting the first 2 slides, the first 5, the first 10, so slowly increasing the number to see when it is unable to complete. If say it can export the first 10 but not more, I'd see if if it can import more from snother section of the presentation. This would be a lot of trial and error to see what exavtly is the issue.
Anyway, glad to hear you could export all slides as images.
