Can I save a video file as a template?

The video file I made was unable to be saved as a template.

"there was an issue saving template" always comes up.

Is the saving failed for each project(video or not)? Please give us more details:

 - The length of the video

 - The type of format (mp4)

 - The browser you used

Can you share a screenshot when you try to download your template? We will be able to understand the issue.
