Cannot use Adobe Express (grey boxes whenever I import media)

I cannot use the platform. Whenever I upload media, it appears as grey boxes. I have plenty of storage on Adobe and my computer.

I'm hoping someone from Adobe can help because I need to create videos with tight approval timelines.

Thanks for your patience. Please let us know when you have been seeing this issue. Did you recently install any plugins or third-party extensions? 

 

Please try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
