We're sorry to hear about this. Did you try removing the pop-up blocker if you have installed it to check if it helps? Since when have you been seeing this issue? Signing out and then back in also sometimes resolves such errors.
Also, please try disabling the firewall and let us know if that helps.
I am getting the same issue. I can save as PNG but not PDF. stuck at 90% though previuosly the same file could be saved as pdf. just not after i made some additions.
