combine files not working

It says downloading and spins. When it stops, there is no download. It worked the first time I used it today but will not download a combined PDF since.

Hi @Debs_B, 

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Can you tell us how many pages you're trying to combine? Also, can you try the same feature with some other PDFs? Try once after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser to check if that makes any difference.
