For some reason, the comments keep getting unmapped from the slides. It happens almost every time. Occasionally if i close the program and reopen it, it corrects itself, but sometimes not. Can you fix this problem? It's time consuming to have to remap the comments each time only to find they get all scrambled again.
Hi @default389889157fmu2d, This shouldn't be happening! Can you let us know which browser you are working on and if this occurs on other browsers as well? Also, if possible, please share a screen recording of the instance, as we are unable to reproduce this. The recording will help us investigate this better and more quickly.
