Hey @default32261143nlkjhg, This sounds frustrating, and it shouldn't be happening. Can you please share more details on which connections are losing up for you? Is it for any social media platform, or do all the platforms lose their connections? Can you share a screenshot or a screen recording of this? Have you tried to reconnect or refresh tokens within the content Scheduler?

Hi

 
It happens all the time. 
Need to logout and login again and than the planner is visible again… for a while.
 
I don't feel the need to create screenshots.
I did a google search and this problem is not new at all.
 
This and also the error message cant add more than 2 channels etc...
 
So Adobe fix it.

@Amitej S- Its all socials. Try to add socials back and it says  "Couldn't create additional channel. Please try again later." Channels disappear all the time, but this has been since last week, signing in and out, trying other devices, clearing cookies, history, cache, computer up to date, premium paid to date, etc....Screenshot 2024-09-23 at 12.08.51 PM.pngScreenshot 2024-09-23 at 12.11.26 PM.png

This is happening to us as well. I was very excited to show my boss all of the features today and it disappeared right in the middle of presenting it to her and we were disconnected from every one of our socials. Back to exporting and scheduling manually 😞

For me, it disconnected from ALL of our accounts and the entire calendar disappeared and just shows a blank white screen.
