Hey @default32261143nlkjhg, This sounds frustrating, and it shouldn't be happening. Can you please share more details on which connections are losing up for you? Is it for any social media platform, or do all the platforms lose their connections? Can you share a screenshot or a screen recording of this? Have you tried to reconnect or refresh tokens within the content Scheduler?
@Amitej S- Its all socials. Try to add socials back and it says "Couldn't create additional channel. Please try again later." Channels disappear all the time, but this has been since last week, signing in and out, trying other devices, clearing cookies, history, cache, computer up to date, premium paid to date, etc....
This is happening to us as well. I was very excited to show my boss all of the features today and it disappeared right in the middle of presenting it to her and we were disconnected from every one of our socials. Back to exporting and scheduling manually 😞
