Creations - Can No Longer Access

I shared my documents with a colleague via the invite to share. Immediately after doing so, I lost access to all of my designs and files. My files still are not available in Adobe Express and have somehow just disappeared.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Could you double check you are logging in with the correct adobe id (if you have a Personal as well as Company/School account, files are not shared between those two)

Otherwise, your files should be in https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/files or a folder contained within it.

If you don't see them, please make sure:

- You are logged in with the correct adobe id

- Also check https://assets.adobe.com and https://assets.adobe.com/deleted

If you still can't find them, please send me a direct message including your adobe id (email that you log in with). It would help to know when you created and last accessed the missing files.
