Cropping

I notice you have cropping for imported files but don't offer the same cropping tools if the background if the background I created needs to be a different size. You have a RESIZE but I can't find a simple cropping tool. I have been downloading my files and cropping them with other tools. I have reached out many times wondering about this feature but can't find it anywhere. Cropping is a super basic feature. I hope Express will consider adding it.

Thanks for reaching out. Did you try double-clicking on the image to see if you're able to crop the file? Check the screenshot below-
