Downloading a poster

My poster is downloading but only showing the top 1/3 of the download, i've tried saving different file names and in different locations and the outcome is the same, this is very frustrating....

Hello,

I was downloading as a .png

It was ok at first, then the error occurred.

I'm using Chrome browser, I didn't clear the cache, that is something I will try.

This is my first time using Adobe express so it was the first Project I tried, albeit with seven different versions of the my poster.

I got around the issue by saving as a PDF, opening it in Acrobat and resaving as a.png.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. This shouldn't be happening!

What format are you downloading the project in? Have you tried working on a different recommended browser or after clearing the browser's cache/cookies? Does it happen with all the projects, or is it this one only?
