Hello! Whenever I try to download any page of my files at Adobe, it sends me this message, but it's never done working with my file. If I close the file and open it again, it says that it can't be opened.
I have been having this problem with all of my projects. I've signed out several times and that hasn't fixed the problem. I don't really know why it's happening.

How long has this problem persisted? Is it occurring in all projects or just this one? Have you attempted signing out and then signing back into the application?
Often, signing out and in or clearing browser cache/cookies can resolve such issues.
