Express won't load project or create new one in one specific browser profile

I maintain several different Chrome profiles. When I access Express from my main profile, it recently started hanging on this screen upon loading an old project or starting a new one: 

I can access from other browsers, other Chrome profiles. Just not one specific profile.

Have tried deleting browser history and cookies already.

This happened to me. I deleted profile from chrome start up screen and logged in again . It worked. I  had the same problem with Edge. That remains unresolved. I don't know what is blocking the app./site

Could you share your Chrome console logs after experiencing the hang? See https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496199434765-View-and-save-your-browser-console-logs if you are not familiar with these.
