Files won't upload - Too complex

Hi There, 

 

Lately I am having so much trouble importing PDF's to Adobe Express, even a simple business card. 

I have tried clearing the cache & using differnent / icdognito browsers. 

Have tried compressing the file, Uploading directly though Adobe Acrobat, Alternate wifi connections.. 

- I cant seem to get anything to work & it is becoming a little bit frustrating. 

 

Can anybody help?

We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know if you're getting any error messages. Are you able to upload other file formats? Can you share any PDF files with us to investigate further? Did you try using another browser apart from Incognito? Also, try signing out and signing in again to check if that helps.

I cannot open my PDF files in Adobe Express. Not getting imported and it's been a week. every day I delete one file and try to add a new one to see if it works using a different tool in Adobe Express. Nobody is solving any problem. I am stuck and I need to edit some Catalogs. Who will solve this issue and when???
