Image licencing issue

Like dozens of othe people on your forums - i'm not able to download file becasue there's licencing issue and asking me to extend my plan or replace the asset - meanwhile i've got full premium access. It's insane that you didn't make anything about this while i'm looking on conversations on Adobe forums.

I just stumbled across your post and wanted to know if you still require help.

The asset itself may have expired. You'll be able to find the expired asset by searching for the asset ID that was stated in your error message.

Below is an example of how to do this: You'll have to click on the asset to find an asset ID. You'll see an information sign "i" on the left panel. Once you click on it, you can check if the ID matches the one in your error message, e.g., 610297538.
