It's completely impossible to create an animated character because it always says there's a communication error with the server... it's not my internet. It's the service that's broken. And it's unfortunate because it was fun, but it's no longer possible. Someday they'll fix it.

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
