LCPS getting 404 error page not found when clicking the app icon in LCPSGo that uses Classlink

All day today, 404 Page not found comes up when I use the Adobe Express icon in LCPSGo. Clicking Back to Home does take us right to the Adobe Express home page and from there everything is working normally.

Hi Winnie! Oh no, we have been fine since just a couple of days after my post back in Nov. It was my first time really posting here, so I kind of assumed it was monitored more closely to get help quickly for access errors, etc. Everything has been fine since then as far as I know!

Sorry to hear about that and for not getting back to you sooner.

 

Have you seen the 404 error page again after this? Does it only happen when you click on the app icon? We recommend you contact your IT administrator. The access to LCPS may need to be checked.
