Menu Bar in Chrome not working, Zoom, layers, Add, Multi Page View

Working in Chrome on a MAC ventura 13.5.2.  I am getting a menu overlay on the top right and the functions below the menu do not work.  Zoom button, Layers, Add, Multi Page View.  A user on the Discord share the same issue.  See images below.   The menu overly is also on the Scheduler.

Thanks for posting about this. There was code issue that caused this yesterday but it should be fixed now.  If you're still facing issues it should be resolved by clearing the browser cache https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
