Meta connection not working correctly

Hello, the connections with Meta are not working correctly. When I try to connect to Facebook, I'm given options on a drop down menu - one of them is an actual page I own (but I don't wish to connect) and the other 20+ are Facebook groups for some reasons. With Instagram i am given an error despite the account I want to connect is a business account, and it worked before I had to reconnect to it.
