Metricool Connection – Continuous Pop-Up

I connected Metricool to Adobe Express today and now this re-authroizaiton pop up keeps appearing (what feels like) every 5 minutes. How do I turn this off?! It happens even when Express isn't even an open tab in my browser. I disconnected Metricool from my account because it's not worth the constant pop ups but it's still happening. 

For reference, I'm on Google Chrome. It pops up for about 30 seconds, ends with "Authorization Successful" then disappears.
