No me permite cargar foto en webpage

Estoy intentando crear una pagina web y primero al buscar en crear no me aparece la opción como antes hasta que pongo en el buscador "WEB" me aparece, luego al intentar cargar la foto inicial no me la carga... Alguien sabe si han eliminado esta opción de adobe?

I just tried this and it works for me, though it took a while for the image to show up.
Could you try again, but wait a few seconds (or longer) after selecting the image?
