Removing background image removes part of the object

Thanks for your patience. As per your screenshot, it doesn't seem to be o removed from the part of the object. Do you have another example of this issue? 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
