My district has been using Adobe Express (formerly Spark) for many years, but we consistently have issues for both teachers and students when they try to log in with their district email (Google for Edu). This student tried using a class code to sign in:
We're having a similar issue. Students get stuck in an endless loop where they are kicked out after confirming the class. I tried calling support and we even had a remote session with no success.
We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that worked.
If this doesn't help, I'd say reach out to your IT administrator who will then reach out to our team.
I am curious to know if there was a resolution. I am having the same issue. I have been working with my IT coordinator, but we are unable to determine the issue.
