First, I had students just sign in with Google, and then I made a classroom and tried to have them join. Nothing would work. It kept logging them out.

Hi There,

Please let me know the URL you are using to join the students.

Adobe Spark for Education is now Adobe Express for Education and is free for K-12 and Higher Education customers with Federated IDs or Enterprise IDs.

Existing Adobe Spark for Education plans are upgraded to Adobe Express for Education, which includes Adobe Express, Premiere Rush, and Photoshop Express. These plans continue to be free for K-12 and Higher Education customers. Learn more.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

Thank you,

Neelam

My district has been using Adobe Express (formerly Spark) for many years, but we consistently have issues for both teachers and students when they try to log in with their district email (Google for Edu). This student tried using a class code to sign in:Screen Shot 2023-09-12 at 12.01.18 PM.pngScreen Shot 2023-09-12 at 12.01.28 PM (1).png

We're having a similar issue.  Students get stuck in an endless loop where they are kicked out after confirming the class.  I tried calling support and we even had a remote session with no success.

Hi

@Robbie31577062xp7w

,

We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that worked.

If this doesn't help, I'd say reach out to your IT administrator who will then reach out to our team.

Regards,

Tarun

I am curious to know if there was a resolution.  I am having the same issue.  I have been working with my IT coordinator, but we are unable to determine the issue.

I've come up with work around, working with Adobe and my IT have not given a solution.

I make a copy of our template.

Share, making it available to everyone in our org (we use Google to login).

Copy the link, post to Canvas for students.
