Syncing files between app and my Mac

I've seen people post about this before and I've tried the advice (log out, log in, delete app, reload app, turn on the sync on Wifi). And none of them are working and I can't post my schedule content because I can't access my files on the app!

What is the fix for this? If I had known about this problem, I would have stuck with Canva.

Hi

@brionna_0385

,

Thanks for reaching out. To better understand the problem, could you please provide some additional details:

  1. Are you encountering any specific error messages when trying to access your files?
  2. Have you recently updated the app or your device’s operating system?
  3. Are you using the app on multiple devices, and if so, are you experiencing the same issue on all devices?

In the meantime, here are a few additional steps you can try:

  1. Check Storage Permissions: Ensure that the app has the necessary permissions to access storage on your device.
  2. Sync Settings: Double-check your sync settings and make sure they are configured correctly. Sometimes, toggling the sync settings off and on again can help.
  3. Clear Cache: If you’re using a mobile device, try clearing the app’s cache. This can often resolve issues related to file access.
  4. Network Connection: Verify that your network connection is stable. Sometimes, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data can help identify if the issue is network-related.
  5. Reinstall App: If you haven’t already, try uninstalling the app completely and then reinstalling it from the official app store.

Regards,

Tarun
