unable to download artwork as PDF

I have repeatedly tried to download the PDF of my 96 page document, it gets to 90% downloaded and them fails. sometimes it downloads but only as a PNG - I need PDF.

Just saw your post. While I haven't seen recent reports about this and haven't been able to replicate this, I'm here to help!

Please retest this. It may also help to check if you have cleared your browser cache/cookies yet. Sometimes, that can fix unexpected issues. If not, using a different browser/incognito mode might work too.
