Unable to download finished image from Express

Working at https://new.express.adobe.com/.... I compiled a photo collage, and pressed the Download button. I get the message "We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon."

I'm still getting that message 30 minutes later and there's no indication of when or how to get the download.

Windows 10, Firefox latest.
