Upload in Progress Message

I'm trying to download my project and it says it has files uploading and won't download.

I just found a solution on another site: go into your layers of your project and find the layer that is still downloading and delete it.

What if there are no layers still downloading? What then? Why still the message?

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. A few other things you might want to test.

• Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari
• Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/4hWpE4B
• Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/4blMO1N
• Try creating a duplicate instance of the file and try uploading there
• How large is the file you're attempting to upload? Is there an option to downsize the file or files to see if this helps?
