Webpage creation and sharing doesn't work with Premium

Ever since the new.adobe came out, I am unable to create a webpage or access shared webpages. All my original creation (of any type) has disappeared. It just spins and spins when I try any action. This is why I have this account. Anyone else have this issue or able to help me troubleshoot?

 

I'm using this on Google Chrome with an updated PC. It is a government Premium account. It works on our other account (not Premium). and I'm trying to share all those projects with this account and create original content.

Thanks for your patience. Please let us know what happens when you create a webpage. Do you get any error messages? Also, Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and let us know if that helps.
